This week, more than 200 people have been killed in Mosul, Iraq, by the bombs of the anti-IS-coalition lead by the United States. The horror of these massacres became clearer after hearing the stories of the victims.
According to rescuers at the scene of one of the suburbs of the IS-held city, dozens of victims remained buried.
In fact, they desperately cried for help.
“The days after were horrible. There were children shouting under the rubble. Nobody came to help them. The police told us yesterday that there was nothing they could do," one witness said.
According to locals, all of the victims were civilians, not IS militants.
The US military said it was launching an investigation. However, criticism towards the coalition is growing after the increase of civilians casualties in both countries Syria and Iraq.
