According to different reports, one Afghan and three Turks have been detained yesterday by the Afghan intelligence service in Kabul.
The reason: All of them work for an NGO called Afghan Turk CAG Educational NGO (ATCE), which is the body that runs the schools of Fethullah Gulen in Afghanistan.
According to Erdogan's government, Gulen, who still lives in the United States, was responsible for the coup attempt in July 2016.
But especially in Afghanistan, such a move is very stupid.
Good education institutions are very rare in the country, and the Turkish ones run by Gulen are well-known for being among the best.
It is bizarre that the Afghan government is now targeting these institutions while it cannot offer better or equally good schools for Afghans.
