Manuela Andreoni is an independent journalist based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she was born and raised. She was a fellow at the Toni Stabile Center for Investigative Journalism and Columbia Journalism Investigations, in New York, and continues to work on cross-border investigations about Latin American issues.
