Louv is a journalist and author often covering unusual events and forms of knowledge at the edge of public awareness – both historical and futuristic. His podcast is eclectic: from tutorials on magic and meditation, to primers on Satanism, to interviews with martial artists and spiritualists. 

As arcane as the topics might be, there's no lack of current events and political material about what's happening in the world today. Michael M. Hughes, a guest in episode 30, speaks about his book Magic for the Resistance, which explores how activists can join together against fascism through, yes, magic (not to the neglect of more traditional forms of activism, we hope).
