Twitter's founder and CEO Jack Dorsey has tweeted it out all; he revealed his fitness tactics in a fitness podcast.Obviously, Dorsey's host Ben Greenfield, a.k.a the fitness guru was very happy about their podcast as he tweeted that they recorded "an epic" episode.
But are others?
Dorsey appearently likes starting the day by delving into ice at 05.00 am to combat stress. After surviving the ice, Dorsey reportedly feels like he may overcome anything. Though it sounds more stressful than cheerful to start the day with an ice shock; why not?
But the debate sparked by the podcast; or rather its host is likely to be more stressful rather than relaxing for Dorsay. As the reports go, Dorsey's host Greenfield is also anti-vaccination guru.
“Thanks Ben!” Jack Dorsey tweeted last night at Ben Greenfield, a popular podcast host–who also happens to be an anti-vaccine advocate. Last month Greenfield tweeted (from his verified Twitter account) to his more than 70,000 followers the incorrect statement that “vaccines do cause autism,” and has spoken about the topic multiple times on his show.
But then, Dorsey has been facing the heat of social media lately.
In early December, Dorsey posted glowingly about a recent trip he made to Myanmar to meditate, ignoring the fact that Myanmar is a country where social media platforms like Facebook have helped spur an attempted genocide. He was roasted for failing to acknowledge the country’s problems while encouraging people to go visit. In November, Dorsey also made headlines when he posed with a sign that read “Smash Brahminical Patriarchy,” a reference to India’s caste system. Twitter, again, claimed Dorsey was ignorant of the sign’s meaning. (Dorsey also said last month that he thinks Tesla’s Elon Musk is great at Twitter. Musk, of course, is in trouble with the SEC because of his tweets.)
Well, despite its host; the podcast is still interesting to give insights to a "health-fads" and more so into the a mind of a wizz-kid who influence our lives.
