About Half Of Millennial Women Don’t Identify As Feminists. Here’s Why.

The debate over feminism is a highly complex and interesting one, and today — in the times of #metoo — the discussion is even more captivating.

The question is no longer about female suffrage and reproductive rights. The amount of topics is as vast as the people who are involved. With so many branches and philosophies of this political movement, it is hard to understand and, in some cases, to relate to.

According to this article by Refinery29, only 48% of white women and 44% of minority women identify as feminist. Why?

The three women interviewed for this report are all from different backgrounds and viewpoints. Separately, they explain why modern feminism has failed them, making them felt excluded under a wave of political correctness.
