With all the different ways to partake (dabbing, smoking, edibles, tinctures, etc.), it’s perfectly possible to find yourself a little too high once in awhile. If you’ve found yourself in this very position, do not fret! This article gives same great advice on how to avoid the paranoia and anxiety that comes with overindulging. It can be as simple as paying attention to dosage and drinking plenty of water. The author also suggests counteracting the THC (the psychoactive ingredient in cannabis) with CBD (the non-psychoactive chemical compound found in cannabis) or even black pepper!
